As Chief Executive Officer of G&R Construction, I lead our team with a focus on integrity, collaboration, and excellence in every project we take on. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Texas in 2013, and I bring an analytical and solutions-driven mindset to guiding our company’s vision, strategy, and growth.
Alongside my husband, Zach Friedensohn, I’m proud to carry forward the values that define G&R Construction. I’m deeply committed to delivering work that reflects our high standards of quality and craftsmanship while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation across our organization.

Since earning my B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of North Texas in 2013, I've been deeply involved in every aspect of construction, from managing subcontractors to working hands-on in the field. After co-founding a successful construction company in 2019, I launched G&R Construction to bring a more reliable, transparent approach to the industry.
My mission is simple:
Relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and communication is paramount. It's not possible to over-listen to our clients, and our clients have come to count on me for clear communication, organization and follow-through.
