Ruff House Project | Tucker, GA | G&R Construction

Our customer needed a new 1,500 square foot structure to add on to their existing dog kennel, creating an indoor play area for their canine clients to enjoy in addition to the play area outdoors. We outfitted the new building with epoxy floors, an exhaust fan and internal heater for cold weather days. This project was an extremely close, meticulously-fitted addition to comply with local guidelines requiring exactly 100 feet of space from each roadway. We worked cooperatively with the City of Milton and our surveyors to make sure we met code and passed all inspections.
