3. Permitting and Site Preparation
We manage permits, surveys, grading, and utilities, and keep you informed at each approval stage.
4. Foundation, Framing, and Systems
Foundation, structure, roofing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins are scheduled and inspected in sequence, with every trade coordinated by one project lead.
5. Finishes and Final Walkthrough
Interior finishes, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures come together, followed by punch list and a final walkthrough so you move into a home you've checked room by room.
