The Redan Project -

Phase 1

In Phase 1 of this project, we turned a wide open 2,600 square foot floor plan per floor of a 2-floor building into an 11-unit office building, resulting in a total of 22 executive office units. This phase of the project included heating and cooling throughout the building, new lighting and fully upgraded electrical panels.
