Petland
In this project, we took two office suites and demolished the wall between them, giving the customer an open, 10,000 square foot retail space for their pet store. We installed new outdoor and ceiling HVAC units and tiled 200 square feet below the glass displays. All new framing was installed for the build-out to accommodate the wash stations, and new plumbing with washer/dryer connections was also installed.
