The Redan Project - Phase 2
In Phase 2 of the project, we turned the bottom floor area offices into an 11-unit prep kitchen build out for food truck business clients to have a base for their operations. We cut through concrete throughout the floor to run all new sewer lines to the street. We also installed two 120-gallon water heaters and two 3,000 gallon grease traps. We upgraded the meter from 150 amps to 400 amps working in cooperation with Georgia Power and our amazing electrical subcontractors.
