Torque Motor Sports

This 20,000 sq. ft. build-out is transforming an old brewery into Torque Motor Sports—a cutting-edge car simulator hangout. The project involves installing two 10-ton HVAC systems on the roof, with ductwork extending throughout the warehouse to ensure optimal climate control. Additionally, we’re integrating a custom electrical setup to power a 3-TV display system, creating a dynamic and immersive experience for car enthusiasts.
